The hotel itself is very nice and original, the situation in Agra is really perfect to visit the Taj Mahal. The room was ok but not really warm water...:) Personal was nice. We met Aman at the reception, who really helped us in the organisation of our trip also after Agra.

Room is cleaned as per my expectations and a big one with a little dining area, a TV has no cable connection.

Location to East Gate Taj Mahal. Room with view of Taj. Good value for a more rustic amenities.

Nothing. I have not seen hell. But I think hell should have been better than the hotel. The bathroom smells, dirty, uncleaned, Very unhygienic. no hot water. Taps are broken, and 100 years old.

Lift was not working, intercom was not working,I had to come down stairs to buy Water and yes bathrooms are extremely unhygienic and not maintained at all. Not recommended
